Sarah Westrom boasts the unusual history of having worked for Brandtrust as both a Consultant and a Researcher, giving her a unique depth of experience and rich perspective on the work we do.
Throughout her varied tenure with Brandtrust, Sarah has helped brands such as Stouffer’s, Quaker, Nestlé, Eli Lilly, Kraft and The Hartford discover meaningful customer insights and apply them toward strengthening customer relationships. Throughout the process, Sarah is especially interested in helping companies understand how their culture affects their brand. “It’s critical for customers to understand that their employees are their most important asset. They’re the stewards of the brand.”
Together with her husband Ryan, Sarah finds joy in coaching Chicago’s North Lawndale Little League “Twins” and is also invigorated by running, swimming and biking. Her newest projects are somewhat consuming—Sarah and Ryan are the proud parents of two beautiful little girls, Elynor and Annika.
