Client Relations Senior Consultant
Kate is the only member of the team to come from the “other side” of the Brandtrust practice, having been introduced to the company when she was interviewed as part of a client team. She was instantly fascinated by how the experience helped her understand her own subconscious drivers in a new light.
As the ultimate brand ambassador, Kate finds it enormously satisfying to analyze a client’s business challenges and then design a course of action that efficiently and effectively addresses their needs. “The most rewarding part of my job is helping my clients get to that moment of clarity—when they understand exactly how new insights can apply to their business, “ says Kate. “It’s a translation process, navigating together through research and analysis, coming to a place that will truly redefine the way they serve their customers.”
Kate brings a background in psychology and marketing to her Brandtrust clients, helping them bridge the gap between their customers’ emotional insights and actionable strategies. She’s helmed projects for clients across industries, including Harley-Davidson, Tropicana, Hewlett-Packard, Stryker and Stouffer’s.
A confessed pop-culture junkie, Kate learns the words to new songs without even trying. She loves college football and adventurous hobbies like scuba diving and paragliding. Her most recent undertaking will surely prove the biggest adventure of all, as she and her husband Jeff are the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy, Ben. |
