Keeping it simple. The idea is pretty straightforward. Our clients want to resolve issues with their businesses in a timely and efficient manner. We have a lean, fast system whereby a Brandtrust team, working closely with our client team, leverages all the available information in a tight timeframe to develop insights, strategies and concepts.

Our collaborative approach makes it possible for us to rapidly develop business solutions such as strategic plans, communication plans, brand positions, brand architecture plans, brand rationalization plans, and new product concepts.

The journey of each project involves five distinct phases that include multiple elements. This modular breakout allows us to create customized programs that are tailored to the needs of each client while maintaining the effeciencies of a proven process.

Project Framing. The first essential step in the process, this phase allows the project team to incorporate existing intellectual capital related to the business issue and introduces the client to their project team and our process. Consisting of Project Foundations and the Kickoff Meeting, the information gathered during project framing includes screening criteria for research respondents to design of the work session agenda.

Discovery. Most forms of conventional research fail to provide deeper insights into consumer behavior. Consumers are not fully aware or able to articulate why they do what they do. By leveraging advances in the social sciences, Brandtrust's unique research methods of Emotional Inquiry®, Conceptual Inquiry, Appreciative Inquiry and Narrative Inquiry reveal the real reasons behind human behavior. This has proven to be the source of critical insights that drive competitive advantage.

Decision-Making. Our entire process is designed to reveal insights that enable decision-making and accelerate action. All of our discovery findings are analyzed through a well-defined Work Session process to create clarity and consensus among the entire team. This culminates in ideas that can be explored further through our Prototyping Kaizen, allowing for validation and clear, concise steps outlining the actions required for success.

Translation. We offer several methods for documenting the results of the overall Brandtrust process and translating them for effective communication internally. Clients can determine the most appropriate form of translation to meet their needs.

Through deliverables like the Executive Summary and the Brandbook, the findings from our client's research project can be captured and shared in an easy-to-understand and inspiring format that meets the needs and language of our client's organization.

Evaluation. It is not uncommon for a Brandtrust project to spark new research endeavors or to be integrated into other client research projects. We offer a variety of additional services that can be integrated easily into our approach. This may include concept testing, segmentation studies, or other quantitative analysis and validation.
