Directions From the North
Kennedy Expressway (I-94 East) to Ohio Street exit. Ohio Street East to Michigan Avenue. Michigan Avenue North to John Hancock Center.

Lake Shore Drive (US 41) South to Michigan Avenue exit. Follow Michigan Avenue South for two blocks to John Hancock Center.
From the South
Dan Ryan Expressway (I-94) to Ohio Street exit. Ohio Street East to Michigan Avenue. Michigan Avenue North to John Hancock Center.
Lake Shore Drive (US 41) North to either:
1. Monroe Street – Monroe Street West to Michigan Avenue. Michigan Avenue North to John Hancock Center.
2. Grand Avenue (Navy Pier exit) – Grand Avenue West to Fairbanks. Fairbanks North to Chicago Avenue. Chicago Avenue West to Mies van der Rohe. Mies van der Rohe North to Chestnut and John Hancock Center.
From Southwest & West
Stevenson Expressway (1-55 North) to Lakeshore Drive North. Then, choice of exits from South directions above.
OR
East/West Tollway (I-88 East) to Eisenhower Expressway (I-290). Follow signs to end of expressway at Michigan Avenue. Michigan Avenue North to John Hancock Center.
Via CTA Trains
Red Line to Chicago Avenue stop. Walk East on Chicago Avenue to Michigan Avenue. Michigan Avenue North to John Hancock Center.
Building Access
Guests are advised to enter on Chestnut Street. Upon entry, guests are required to leave state-issued photo identification with security in exchange for visitor building passes.
Parking
Guests are advised to use the John Hancock Center parking garage, with entrances on both Delaware and Chestnut Streets. Upon exiting the garage elevator to the building lobby, guests must check in with security in the Chestnut Street lobby.
