Debra is a strategic marketing professional with expertise in product development, strategic planning, market research and direct response marketing. She believes that delivering clearly on a brand promise that is relevant and meaningful to customers is critical to the financial success of the brand and, ultimately, the organization.
Debra's work with Brandtrust on Appreciative Inquiry involves uncovering insights as to what a company's core strengths are and then strategizing how to leverage those assets to create brand differentiation and drive sales.
Debra has worked for companies ranging from organizations in the Fortune 20 to small start-ups across the healthcare, automotive and internet technology industries. She has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, along with an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Michigan. To relax, Debra plays folk harp, sails, skis and loyally attends Ravinia concerts. She and her husband are also dedicated Michigan football fans, and have already indoctrinated their two twins in the finer points of tailgating and the lyrics of "Hail to the Victors."
